Answers to common questions about PostMo and AutoPost
PostMo turns one product photo into ready-to-post social media content. It understands your product, creates a scene around it (or uses your photo as it is), and writes the caption for each channel. You review it and launch.
AutoPost plans your posting for you. You add a pool of product photos and choose the days, times and channels. PostMo then prepares each week of posts automatically, and nothing is published until you approve it.
Yes. You sign in with Apple or Google, so there is no password to remember. You must be 18 or older to use PostMo.
Not yet. We are publishing soon. Check back on the PostMo page for store links.
With AI scene on, PostMo generates a new scene around your product, such as a table setting or a lifestyle backdrop. Your original product pixels are placed back on top, so the product itself stays exactly as you photographed it. You can describe the scene you want in the photo's prompt box.
When AI scene is off, PostMo posts your photo as it is and does not use a scene prompt. That is why a photo card shows “Using your photo” instead of a prompt. You can turn AI scene on or off for all photos in Default Settings, or override it for a single photo.
It is kept. If you turn AI scene back on for that photo, your prompt is used again.
Yes. Set a default language for AutoPost, and override it for individual photos if you want some posts in another language.
AutoPost prepares each week two days before it starts. You get a chance to review the posts and approve the whole week. Approved posts go out at their scheduled times.

Credits pay for the posts PostMo creates. An AI scene costs more than using your own photo as it is. Your remaining credits are shown in the app, and the cost of each action is listed on the pricing page.
The app shows a prompt to upgrade your plan. Until you do, PostMo cannot create new posts, and AutoPost posts that need credits are skipped. Credits renew with your plan, and unused credits do not roll over.
